We're hiring Front of House team members who love people, move fast, and want to work somewhere that actually feels fun.

This is the job for someone who can talk to anyone, bring good energy at the front desk, and help turn first-timers into regulars.

You're greeting clients, hyping first-timers, helping people book classes, selling memberships, keeping the studio moving, and becoming part of a team people actually want to be around.

What You'll Do

• Welcome clients and first-timers with confidence
• Run smooth check-ins before class
• Help new clients book classes, packages, and memberships
• Follow up with leads by phone, text, DM, and email
• Share promos and studio offers clearly
• Keep the front desk clean, sharp, and ready
• Support opening, closing, and daily studio tasks
• Help create the kind of energy people come back for

Who We're Looking For

You're probably a fit if you are:

• Outgoing and easy to talk to
• Reliable and on time
• Confident in person and on the phone
• Comfortable selling and hitting goals
• Fast-moving during busy moments
• Coachable and open to feedback
• Into fitness, music, people, or high-energy environments
• Someone who wants to grow, not just clock in

Sales, retail, hospitality, fitness, or customer service experience is a plus.

Good energy is required.

Schedule

We are mainly looking for full-time team members.

Strong part-time applicants are also welcome if availability is strong.

Morning, evening, and weekend availability is important.
