Someone who can own the room, run the business, elevate the team, and make Rumble the fitness destination in the city.

What You'll Lead
Sales Strategy & Execution: Hit and exceed monthly membership and revenue targets. Drive retail, PT, and event revenue. Coach your team on sales scripts, conversions, and upsells.
Daily Operations: Scheduling, payroll inputs, POS oversight, and studio flow. Maintain studio cleanliness and operational standards.
Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, schedule, and develop front-of-house staff and trainers. Set weekly expectations and hold accountability.
Community & Member Experience: Build relationships with members, local businesses, and influencers. Lead in-studio engagement and partnership events.
Performance Scaling: Monitor KPIs, attendance trends, and conversion data. Identify issues early and implement solutions quickly.
Your Background
5+ years experience in fitness, hospitality, or fast-paced service leadership. Proven sales track record - you've crushed targets and coached others to do the same. High-energy leadership style with strong operational skills. Passion for wellness and community.
Compensation
$55,000-$80,000/year base salary plus performance bonuses, full health benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, LTD), and unlimited Rumble classes plus retail/PT discounts.
