This collaborative approach helps foster a risk-aware culture across the organization and ensures that risk mitigation plans are practical and aligned with business objectives.

THE WORK:
Ripple Treasury (formerly GTreasury) is the leading innovator of integrated SaaS treasury and risk management solutions for the digital treasurer. Developed using the latest technology, Ripple Treasury helps empower organizations on their path to strategic treasury, by enabling total visibility into their cash, liquidity, payments and financial risk management.
As part of the Revenue Operations team, this role is a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success - combining deep analytical expertise with hands-on RevOps experience to drive business improvements and revenue growth. This role goes beyond reporting: it identifies opportunities, influences decisions, and translates complex data into compelling narratives that move the business forward. Working closely with the Data Architect and Data Engineer, the role also helps shape data architecture, close data gaps, and strengthen governance practices across the GTM tech stack.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Partner with Business Partners and GTM leaders to understand priorities, surface insights, and recommend actions - acting as a strategic partner, not just a reporting resource
  • Translate business questions into clear, compelling narratives and visual insights that anticipate trends, opportunities, and risks
  • Present findings confidently to senior stakeholders, adapting the message to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Develop predictive models and forecasting frameworks to support strategic decision-making across GTM functions
  • Create scenario analysis and "what-if" modeling to support strategic planning initiatives
  • Identify patterns and anomalies in data that signal emerging opportunities or potential challenges
  • Build forward-looking dashboards and reports that enable teams to act proactively rather than reactively
  • Proactively identify inefficiencies in GTM processes and drive cross-functional improvements - defining the problem, quantifying the impact, and tracking outcomes
  • Enable Business Partners to utilize available tools and data through training, documentation, and ongoing supportIdentify data gaps and root causes impacting analytical accuracy and collaborate with Data Architect and Data Engineer to prioritize improvements
  • Contribute to data governance standards, definitions, and best practices across the GTM tech stack

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
  • 5+ years of experience in a RevOps, Sales Operations, or GTM analytics role within a SaaS or technology environment - candidates from pure BI or data engineering backgrounds without commercial operations exposure will not be considered
  • Proven stakeholder management skills, with experience building credibility with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leaders
  • Demonstrated track record of driving business or process improvements using data - not just reporting on outcomes, but influencing them
  • Strong storytelling ability: structuring a narrative, building a business case, and presenting recommendations to senior audiences
  • Strong understanding of GTM metrics and KPIs across the full revenue funnel
  • Advanced proficiency in data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar)
  • Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation; Python a plus
  • Experience with predictive analytics, statistical modelling, or forecasting techniques
  • Experience working with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred)
  • Familiarity with tools such as Gong, ZoomInfo, or Loopio a plus
