Job description

ABOUT US

At VibeIQ, we pioneer the future of digital collaboration with our innovative suite of apps built specifically for product teams. Our mission is to allow companies that design, manufacture, or sell products to work more effectively, enable a more sustainable work life balance, and reduce their impact on the environment.

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a Group Product Manager to lead our Product Development & Design product areas, reporting directly to the VP of Product. This is a player-coach role, with the opportunity to manage a growing team of PMs, while also serving as the lead PM for a 0 to 1 product area, extending VibeIQ deeper into how brands take a product from concept to production-ready spec.

This is a high-visibility, high-ownership role for someone who has led multiple product lines at once, knows how to develop and grow PM talent, and is energized by building net-new product bets alongside a team with an established track record. As the new investment area matures, you'll have the opportunity to grow the team you manage. You'll partner closely with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, and customers at leading apparel, footwear, and accessories brands to shape where VibeIQ goes next.

ESSENTIAL SUMMARY

Own the vision and strategy for the group

  • Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap across VibeIQ's Product Development & Design areas, balancing near-term delivery with longer-term bets.
  •  Set and manage prioritization frameworks across roadmap initiatives and enhancement requests to ensure the team is focused on the highest-impact work.
  • Represent Product Development & Design in roadmap reviews, customer conversations, and cross-functional planning, clearly communicating strategy and trade-offs to both technical and executive audiences.

Lead net-new product development investments (hands-on)

  • Serve as lead PM for a new line of product development investments, taking them from concept and discovery through PRD, build, and launch.
  • Engage directly with customers and Customer Success to gather requirements, validate concepts, and ensure new investments solve real, prioritized problems.
  • Partner with Engineering and Design to translate strategy into well-scoped, sequenced execution plans, and establish key product metrics to track early traction.

Manage and grow the team

  • Manage and develop the Product Manager owning the Designer Experience track, providing coaching, prioritization guidance, and career growth support.
  • Build the case for and grow the team as the new investment area matures, defining roles and hiring as scope expands.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
  • 7+ years of product management experience, including managing multiple concurrent product lines or workstreams.
  • Prior experience managing or mentoring at least one Product Manager, with a track record of developing PM talent.
  • Strong track record of owning roadmaps, writing PRDs, and shipping products from 0-to-1 through maturity.
  • Experience balancing an established, ongoing product line alongside net-new product investments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with a proven ability to speak to both non-technical and technical audiences, including executives and customers.
  • Experience defining and applying prioritization frameworks across a portfolio of initiatives and requests.
  • Familiarity with product and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Coda, Figma, Notion).
  • Comfort operating with ambiguity, especially when scoping and de-risking new product bets.

BONUS POINTS
  • Industry experience building tools for design teams at retail, fashion, apparel, or footwear brands.
  • Familiarity with product lifecycle management (PLM) concepts, such as tech packs, bills of materials (BOM), or product development workflows.
  • Experience with AI tools for rapid prototyping and product management.
  • Experience with B2B SaaS platforms serving enterprise or mid-market customers.
  • Experience working with or alongside design/creative tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Figma)

WHY JOIN US

  • Shape the strategy and team for one of VibeIQ's most important growth areas.
  • Lead both an established product track and a net-new product line from the ground up.
  • Grow as a people manager while staying hands-on with product craft.
  • Report directly into product leadership, with direct visibility into company-level strategy and roadmap decisions.
  • Collaborate with top talent in a dynamic, growth-oriented Product, Engineering, and Design org.
