Territory: 8–10 Supercuts salon locations

Are you a proven multi-unit leader who thrives on developing people, driving business results, and creating exceptional customer experiences?

Supercuts is looking for an energetic and inspiring District Leader to coach, support, and grow a portfolio of 8–10 salon locations throughout the San Francisco and Tri-Valley area. This is an opportunity to make a visible impact by developing Salon Managers, building high-performing teams, improving profitability, and helping people build rewarding careers.

What You'll Do

As District Leader, you'll serve as the business coach and leader for your district, partnering with Salon Managers to create successful salons, engaged teams, and loyal guests.


Inspire & Develop Leaders

  • Recruit, hire, coach, and develop exceptional Salon Managers and their teams.
  • Build a positive, high-performance culture focused on accountability, recognition, and continuous growth.
  • Identify and develop future leaders through coaching and succession planning.
  • Provide consistent feedback and performance coaching that helps people succeed.

Drive Business Results

  • Own the financial performance of your district, including sales growth, profitability, labor management, and expense control.
  • Analyze P&L statements and key business metrics to identify opportunities and improve results.
  • Partner with Salon Managers to create and execute business plans that drive measurable growth.
  • Hold teams accountable while recognizing and celebrating success.

Deliver Operational Excellence

  • Visit salons daily to provide coaching, support, and leadership.
  • Ensure consistent execution of Supercuts operating standards and guest experience expectations.
  • Lead the rollout of company initiatives, promotions, and operational improvements.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Create Outstanding Guest Experiences

  • Champion a guest-first culture across every salon.
  • Drive guest retention, retail sales, and service excellence.
  • Support local marketing initiatives that grow salon traffic and community engagement.
  • Help teams create experiences that keep guests coming back.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of successful multi-unit leadership experience in the salon, retail, restaurant, hospitality, or service industry.
  • Proven experience managing P&Ls and improving business performance.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and develop action plans.
  • Valid Cosmetology License required.
  • Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
  • Ability to travel daily throughout the San Francisco and Tri-Valley markets.
