Job description
OVERVIEW
The Infinite Agency is looking for a full-time Senior Social Strategist. We want someone who lives and breathes social, who understands that great strategy is more than a content calendar, and who gets genuinely excited about turning brand objectives into thumb-stopping moments. We push ourselves harder and further, and we need someone who is wired the same way. If you are the kind of person who thinks two steps ahead, obsesses over performance data, and still makes time to chase the next big trend, you might be exactly who we are looking for.
In this role, you will lead social strategy across a diverse portfolio of clients, partnering closely with our creative, paid media, and account teams to ensure every post, campaign, and activation is rooted in insight and built for impact. You are not just executing — you are setting the vision.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and own comprehensive organic social media strategies aligned to client business goals
- Build and manage content calendars across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms
- Collaborate with the creative team to brief, review, and refine content that is on-brand and on-strategy
- Partner with the Paid Media team to ensure organic and paid social efforts are connected and complementary
- Monitor platform trends, algorithm changes, and cultural moments — and know how to capitalize on them
- Lead social listening and community management oversight, identifying opportunities for real-time engagement
- Develop and present social strategies and performance reports to clients with clarity and confidence
- Analyze data and translate insights into actionable optimizations and strategic recommendations
- Support new business pitches with social strategy frameworks and platform expertise
- Mentor junior team members and help elevate the social practice agency-wide
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
POTENTIAL CLIENTS
Must be willing to work on all accounts in the Agency from Supercuts, Benihana, Twin Peaks, Six Flags, A-MAX Auto Insurance, Anheuser Busch, and more....
QUALIFICATIONS
- Adherence to our culture and core values: Serve Joyfully, Create Fun, Deliver Excellence, Build Connections, and Own Growth
- 5+ years of social media strategy experience, with at least 4 years in an agency environment
- Deep platform expertise across Meta (Instagram, Facebook), TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Pinterest
- Proven ability to translate business objectives into compelling social strategies that drive measurable results
- Strong analytical mindset — comfortable pulling platform insights, building reports, and presenting data-driven recommendations
- Experience with social listening and analytics tools (Sprout Social, Meltwater, Klear, or similar)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; confident presenting to clients and internal stakeholders
- Experience briefing and collaborating with creative teams to produce high-quality social content
- Understanding of how organic and paid social intersect; ability to work fluidly with paid media counterparts
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple client workstreams simultaneously
- A natural curiosity about culture, consumer behavior, and what makes people stop scrolling
- Positive attitude, collaborative spirit, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field preferred — or equivalent experience
At Infinite, we believe in developing great people, which develops great work. Culture is at the heart of everything we do here and is lived out in the day-to-day, as well as through the many celebrations, events, and social outings throughout the year.
