We’re hiring an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead busy shifts, coach and develop team members, and help run the day-to-day operations of a high-volume, full-service restaurant.

This is a hands-on leadership position. You’ll spend most of your time on the restaurant floor supporting the team, solving problems, connecting with guests, and helping deliver strong operational results.

Compensation
  • Base salary of $55,000–$65,000 annually
  • Average tip-pool share of approximately $6,000–$10,000 annually
  • Estimated total annual earnings of $61,000–$75,000 before additional bonus opportunities

What You’ll Do
  • Lead opening, closing, and high-volume restaurant shifts
  • Coach, support, and develop shift leaders and team members
  • Create a positive, accountable, and team-focused workplace
  • Maintain high standards for hospitality, food quality, cleanliness, and safety
  • Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
  • Support scheduling, staffing, labour management, and daily operations
  • Monitor sales, labour, costs, and other restaurant performance measures
  • Help execute promotions, local marketing initiatives, and operational priorities
  • Work alongside the Restaurant Manager and management team to improve restaurant results
What We’re Looking For
  • At least one year of leadership experience in a restaurant, hospitality, or similar customer-focused environment
  • Experience as an Assistant Manager, Shift Leader, Supervisor, or comparable team leader
  • Full-service restaurant experience is preferred
  • Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
  • A hands-on leadership style and willingness to lead from the floor
  • Ability to stay organized and make good decisions during busy shifts
  • A genuine interest in developing people and delivering a great guest experience
  • Availability to work a full-time schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays

You do not need to know everything on day one. We are looking for a capable restaurant leader with strong people skills, good judgment, and the drive to keep learning and growing.
