Job description

Line Cook – Red Robin Victoria

Earn $19–$21/hour plus an average additional $4–$5/hour in tip-out.

Red Robin Victoria is hiring full-time and part-time Line Cooks.

No previous kitchen experience is required — we’ll train you.

You’ll work as part of a busy, supportive kitchen team, learn multiple cooking stations, earn additional income through our tip pool, and have opportunities to grow into Shift Supervisor and management roles.

Whether you already have restaurant experience or you’re looking for your first kitchen job, we’re looking for dependable people who enjoy working with a team and want to learn.

Pay & Benefits
  • $19.00–$21.00/hour base wage

What You’ll Do

As a Line Cook, you’ll help prepare great food for our guests while working alongside the rest of our kitchen team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and cooking burgers, chicken, fries, appetizers, and other Red Robin menu items
  • Learning and working multiple kitchen stations, including grill, fry, and prep
  • Following recipes and Red Robin food-quality standards
  • Following food-safety and sanitation procedures
  • Keeping your station clean, organized, stocked, and ready for service
  • Preparing ingredients and completing basic food-prep tasks
  • Working together with the kitchen and service teams during busy periods
  • Helping keep food moving quickly and accurately
  • Supporting your teammates wherever needed
Who We’re Looking For

Restaurant experience is welcome, but it is not required.

We’re looking for people who:

  • Are dependable and show up ready to work
  • Have a positive and respectful attitude
  • Enjoy working as part of a team
  • Are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Want to learn new kitchen skills
  • Take pride in preparing great food
  • Can stay organized during busy shifts
  • Are available for a combination of day, evening, and/or weekend shifts

If you’ve worked as a Line Cook, Prep Cook, Cook, Kitchen Helper, Dishwasher, or in another restaurant position, we’d love to hear from you.

If you haven’t worked in a restaurant before but you’re reliable, willing to learn, and comfortable staying active during your shift, we’ll provide the training you need to succeed.
