Job description

Primarily provides pre‑sales technical support for the development and implementation of complex products/applications/solutions. Uses in‑depth product knowledge to provide technical expertise to sales staff and the customer through sales presentations and product demonstrations. Assists the sales staff in assessing potential application of company products to meet customer needs and may prepare detailed product specifications for the development and implementation of customer products/applications/solutions. May create detailed design and implementation specifications for complex products/applications/solutions. May build a mini‑application based on customer requirements to demonstrate feasibility of the application, often requiring rapid prototyping and/or product demo for client. May provide consultation to prospective users and/or product capability assessment and validation.

What you will do:
  • The Senior Solution Architect is responsible for working independently to set and achieve objectives tied to functional targets and goals within Red Hat’s partner ecosystem.
  • This role applies independent judgment to deliver creative solutions to complex technical challenges and coordinates activities to ensure successful project completion.
  • The Senior Solution Architect mentors team members, provides guidance on best practices, and drives technical innovation within the partner ecosystem, impacting both functional and regional goals.
What you will bring:
  • Lead the creation and delivery of technical enablement plans for key partners, aligning with Red Hat's strategic goals.
  • Design and implement tailored technical solutions addressing complex partner and customer challenges.
  • Coordinate Red Hat technical resources, including product specialists and support teams, to ensure customer adoption and satisfaction.
  • Mentor junior solution architects, providing guidance and advice to support their professional development.
  • Conduct workshops, demonstrations, and pilot projects with partners to co‑create innovative solutions leveraging Red Hat technologies.

The salary range for this position is $150,910.00 - $241,440.00 (inclusive of base pay + target incentive compensation). Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.

Pay Transparency

Red Hat determines compensation based on several factors including but not limited to job location, experience, applicable skills and training, external market value, and internal pay equity. Annual salary is one component of Red Hat’s compensation package. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, and/or equity. For positions with Remote‑US locations, the actual salary range for the position may differ based on location but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
