About the Opportunity

Pragmatike is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing technology company building critical infrastructure that powers high-volume, real-time business operations across multiple systems and platforms.

We are seeking a Staff Product Manager to own a strategically important product area and drive cross-functional initiatives across the organization.

What You'll Do
  • Define product strategy and multi-quarter roadmaps.

  • Own complex product areas with multiple stakeholders.

  • Lead customer discovery and market analysis.

  • Translate business and customer needs into product strategy.

  • Partner closely with Engineering and Design leadership.

  • Establish product metrics and operating frameworks.

  • Lead major launches and cross-functional initiatives.

  • Mentor product managers and raise product management standards.

What We're Looking For
  • 7+ years of product management experience.

  • Strong track record of owning complex products.

  • Excellent strategic and analytical skills.

  • Strong technical fluency.

  • Experience influencing without direct authority.

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management.
