Summary
We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Arris Healthcare. In this role, you will provide essential respiratory care to residents in sub-acute units, ensuring their comfort and well-being while contributing to positive health outcomes.
Responsibilities
  • Administer respiratory therapy treatments and procedures as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patients' respiratory status and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
  • Provide ventilator management and trach care for patients with complex respiratory needs.
  • Educate patients and families on respiratory health and treatment options.
  • Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments and treatment plans.
Requirements
  • Valid Respiratory Therapist license in the state of practice.
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to respiratory care.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
Pay: $40.00 - $46.00 per hour
