This role reviews existing reports, extracts data, and validates accuracy against production sources using strong knowledge of relational database design and SQL to investigate discrepancies and confirm data integrity. The contractor identifies reporting or data structure issues, documents findings, and recommends documents solutions (aka requirements) based on the underlying data logic. Proficiency with SSRS is essential, as is collaboration with client staff and leadership to ensure all deliverables meet project expectations. Not a requirement, but PowerBI experience could be interesting later.
This position is ideal for an independent professional who excels at translating complex data into accurate, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
