Job description

Job Title

Location: Quincy, MA

Schedule: Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30PM

Hourly rate: $20 an hour.

Job Description

The position includes quoting and processing new and renewal business, and all aspects of personal lines account managing. We are looking for a team member who will be committed to providing the highest level of service with the goal of exceeding customer expectations.

Requirements
  • Insurance or Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Candidate must have prior customer service experience or account managing experience
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft online platforms including word, excel, outlook, etc.
  • Candidate must also be comfortable interacting with clients, Insurance carrier underwriters, and Insurance carrier marketing representatives.
