Job description

Description
Productiv is a high-performance third-party logistics (3PL) company specializing in kitting, assembly, and omnichannel fulfillment for some of the biggest consumer brands in the country. Nine of every ten of our clients are billion-dollar brands. We move 30 million+ kits a year. We run 14 operations nationwide, with our Dallas-Fort Worth campus serving as one of our flagship hubs and we're growing fast. Learn more at www.getproductiv.com.
We are seeking a Production Admin Lead at our DFW Patriot Site location to serve as the central point for production reporting, KPI tracking, and administrative coordination across the production department. Reporting to the Senior Production Manager, you'll own the daily reporting rhythm - entering production data into Prometric, reconciling records, tracking KPIs, managing timekeeping and rosters, monitoring work orders and inventory, and coordinating across departments to keep production running smoothly. This role makes sure production data is accurate, customer commitments are visible, and communication between shifts and departments is tight - so floor supervisors can focus on leading production while you keep the administrative engine running.
Requirements
  • Own daily production reporting into Prometric - enter production, reject, and downtime data from lead input; reconcile Prometric data with run rosters and production records before reports are distributed; prepare end-of-shift and end-of-day production summaries; and communicate reject information to account coordinators
  • Track and report on KPIs - production efficiency, labor utilization, scrap and reject rates, downtime, and on-time completion; prepare KPI reports for management review, identify trends, and recommend improvements
  • Confirm production daily attendance, track early leaves and absences, update rosters, audit and file daily production sheets, and maintain complete production files, labor reports, and safety and quality documentation to support internal and customer audits
  • Coordinate daily production schedules with Production Managers and Supervisors - update production boards, communicate schedule changes, monitor work orders, priorities, and customer due dates, and track WIP and finished goods inventory to escalate material shortages before they impact production
  • Serve as the site's cross-functional communication and continuous improvement lead - conduct shift handoffs with Supervisors to ensure continuity between shifts, coordinate with Quality, Shipping, Warehouse, Planning, and Account Coordination, and identify reporting and process inefficiencies to standardize procedures and develop checklists and standard work

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 2+ years of administrative experience, in a production, manufacturing, warehouse, or logistics environment
  • Mid-to-advanced Excel skills required - dashboards, pivot tables, VLOOKUP; Power BI experience preferred
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills with the ability to coordinate across departments and shifts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and attention to detail
  • Associate's degree preferred; ERP/MRP or production reporting system experience (e.g., Prometric) is a plus
  • Bilingual is a plus

SCHEDULE
  • Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, some occasional weekends

PAY/BENEFITS
  • Pay: $20 - $22 per hour (depending on experience)
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Paid time off (PTO) and holidays
  • Real career growth - we promote from within and we mean it
  • Direct access to decision-makers - no corporate ladder to climb just to get an answer
  • A team that solves problems together at a company that's actually growing

*Some roles become eligible for benefits after one year of employment.
