Pay: $115,000 - $125,000 Competitive base salary, plus discretionary performance bonus.
Work Schedule: Standard business hours

Job Description: We are seeking a highly visible, proactive Executive Assistant to support an executive. This role acts as a vital partner, requiring exceptional organization, executive presence, and the ability to anticipate needs while managing complex calendars, travel, projects, and highly confidential matters.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex scheduling and calendar requirements, effectively resolving conflicts and prioritizing executive time.
  • Coordinate sophisticated domestic and international travel itineraries, including handling last-minute changes.
  • Draft professional executive communications and manage the flow of sensitive information.
  • Oversee special projects and organize critical documentation with high attention to detail.
  • Anticipate executive needs and exercise sound judgment when handling confidential or time-sensitive matters independently.

Qualifications:
  • At least 4 years of experience supporting senior-level executives.
  • Strong background in professional services environments (e.g., hedge funds, private equity, banking, legal, or consulting).
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a high level of expertise in Outlook.
  • Demonstrated executive presence, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in an onsite, collaborative team setting.
