The position will involve working in confined spaces (crawl spaces, attics), outdoors in various weather, and lifting heavy equipment, requiring strength and stamina. Can include standard hours, but often requires emergency calls, evenings, weekends. Uses hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and sometimes computer systems for energy management.

- Repair: Diagnosing and fixing malfunctions including but not limited to ductwork, compressors and refrigerant lines, replacing worn parts, and handling emergency calls.

- Customer Service: Explaining issues, recommending maintenance, and providing guidance on usage.
- Documentation: Keeping accurate records of work performed and maintaining compliance with safety codes.
