Job description

Position Details:
  • Territory will be Ohio and West Virgina
  • Pay $23.00 per/hr (Car allowance, mileage and gasoline reimbursement will be provided)
  • Work Schedule: Monday through Thursday, with occasional Friday's
  • Monthly cell phone allowance is provided!
  • Must have a reliable form of transportation to travel to convenience stores and customer locations.

Position Summary:
As a Sales Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our strategic sales initiatives in your assigned sales region in Ohio and West Virginia, collaborating closely with the Merchandising Manager and the Sales Team representative in that area. Your responsibilities will encompass tasks focused on executing our Planograms, store resets, racking planning, racking builds, ensuring compliance with company policies, and providing sales support. You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with customers in the sales accounts and supporting the Sales Team in addressing their needs and concerns. Your professionalism and business execution are critical contributions to driving business forward for our customers, vendors, and ourselves.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining a detailed and specific call routine as dictated by the Merchandising Manager.
  • Maintenance and execution of the racking planning, racking builds, resets, retags, plan-o-grams, and merchandising activities).
  • Learn racking planning and ordering (take over from Merchandising Manager in 6-9 months from hire date)
  • Attending customer needs and concerns promptly.
  • Ensuring plan-o-gram, marketing best practices, and compliance in stores.
  • Ensuring that products are properly displayed, priced, and identified.
  • Finding solutions to possible customer challenges with assistance.
  • Learn how to do the Merchandising Manager schedule (take from Merchandising Manager in 6-9 months from hire date)
  • Performing other tasks and duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate.
Ability to drive to customer locations using personal transportation (mileage and gasoline reimbursement provided).
Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable vehicle, and proper valid insurance.
1-2 years of working experience in a customer service, merchandising or sales position.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience working with convenience stores, retail chains, distributors, or CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) products.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage a territory independently.
