PepsiCo Away From Home (“AFH”) is a division of PepsiCo that brings the company's entire portfolio of food and beverage brands to market in out-of-home consumption channels. The AFH operating environment is complex and highly dynamic, requiring diverse sales and go-to-market systems to meet consumer needs at work, at play, and on the go. PepsiCo AFH leverages the scale and breadth of the company's brands to provide a unified voice to its customers and deliver a competitive advantage in the fast-growing AFH channel.

Responsibilities

What’s Your Role?

As a Sr. Strategy Manager on the AFH Strategy team is part of PepsiCo’s broader Strategy network and works globally across PepsiCo’s entire portfolio of beverages, snacks and nutrition. Our function plays a critical role in charting PepsiCo’s long-term growth and portfolio development, driving both the future of the company and shaping the industry landscape. AFH is a key enabler of PepsiCo’s strategy, serving as a source of profitable growth, a vehicle to build our brands, and a transformation accelerator. We are tasked with ensuring the company invests in the assets and capabilities needed to stay ahead of the competition, adapt to market trends, and maintain market leadership. This entails developing actionable solutions for some of the most challenging issues facing the company by influencing brand, innovation, equipment and channel priorities and by undertaking transformational initiatives (e.g., data & analytics, online ordering) to achieve the greatest possible growth and penetration. Our team primarily works across three types of projects: long term strategic planning, annual strategic planning, and growth priorities (e.g., channel / customer strategy, portfolio, etc.).

What Will Make You Succeed:

  • Employ solution-oriented mindset to help solve an array of PepsiCo’s most challenging, business critical, topics
  • Translate business problems to structured projects that you will lead in end-to-end delivery against key objectives, from hypothesis development to final materials
  • Lead analytical workstreams – identify and deconstruct business issues, and develop strategic, analytical, and financial frameworks to conduct analyses and solve critical business issues with minimal oversight from functional leaders
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and influence management skills, including the ability to challenge the status quo
  • Lead & manage teams to deliver on-time and complete deliverables
  • Invest in the professional development of direct reports including coaching, performance reviews, and long-term career guidance
  • Build executive-ready project deliverables
  • Execute against time-sensitive requests from Executive leaders and cross-functional business partners
  • Maintain an external mindset, including staying on top of consumer, competitive, and macroeconomic / geopolitical trends
  • Contribute to capability building for the entire Global Strategy function (e.g., Recruiting, Training, Knowledge Management)

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $123,500 - $206,750.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
  • In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health, and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan.
