Description
Position Overview:
We are currently looking for an Experienced Die Cutting Operator to operate and maintain our die-cutting equipment. The ideal candidate should have experience in the operation of die-cutting machinery, ensuring precision and efficiency in producing various materials and products. This position pays $16.00 to $18.00 an hour, depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
1. Die Cutting Operation:
- Set up and operate die-cutting machinery according to job specifications.
- Monitor machine performance to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the production process.
2. Quality Control:
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet specified standards.
- Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain quality and consistency.
3. Maintenance:
- Perform routine maintenance on die-cutting equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or issues promptly.
4. Safety and Compliance:
- Adhere to safety guidelines and ensure a safe working environment.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
5. Collaboration:
- Coordinate with team members, including machine assistants and production staff.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments as needed.
Requirements
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a Die Cutting Operator or similar role.
2. Knowledge of die-cutting machinery and related tools.
3. Ability to read and interpret job specifications.
4. Strong attention to detail and quality control.
5. Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
6. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
7. Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance standards.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in die-cutting operations is preferred.
