Freshly Printed: The Role You Have Been Looking For
As a Die Cutter Operator, you will operate and maintain a Bobst die-cutting machine to transform printed sheets into finished high-quality products such as flyers, pocket folders, greeting cards, brochures, packaging materials, and catalogs. This process includes precision die-cutting, scoring, and perforating to ensure every project meets our quality standards. This exciting position allows you to showcase your machine operating experience, attention to detail, and craftsmanship while making a real impact on the products we deliver to our customers.
From Setup to Finish: Your Role in the Process
  • Follow job tickets and written instructions to ensure each project meets customer specifications
  • Set up and operate a Bobst die-cutting machine according to job ticket specifications
  • Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality and production efficiency
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot on cutting equipment
  • Collaborate with the print production team to meet deadlines and quality standards

The Fine Print: What you need to Succeed
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be at least 18 years of age to operate equipment
  • Must be quality-minded and pay attention to detail
  • Preferred 3 years experience operating machines
  • Ability to read and interpret job tickets, die lines, and written instructions
  • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Basic math skills, measuring skills, and computer proficiency
  • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and perform pulling, pushing, reaching, stooping, and standing activities for the entirety of the shift
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, including overtime as needed

  • Day Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM -3:30 PM
