Job Description

Crain Hyundai of Bentonville is seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Relations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing the overall customer experience, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering long-term relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement customer relations strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
  • Collaborate with sales, service, and other departments to resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
