Part-Time Physical Therapist Location: Oak Glen Post Acute – Cherry Valley, CA Pay: $48 - $55 per hour + DOE

Help Patients Regain Strength and Independence! Oak Glen Post Acute is looking for a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team on a part-time basis. If you’re passionate about improving lives and want flexibility in your schedule, this is the perfect opportunity.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide individualized physical therapy services to post-acute patients.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to restore mobility and function.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Educate patients and families on therapy goals and home exercises.
What We’re Looking For
  • Licensure: Current California Physical Therapist license (required).
  • Strong clinical skills and a patient-first mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting preferred.
