WhatYou'llDo

• Design, develop, and deliver endtoend Salesforce features - including analysis, UI components, customization, testing, release, and ongoing support.

• Implement Salesforce Lightning components and manage SFDC data to ensure highquality user experience, system performance, and data integrity.

• Lead Salesforce DevOps practices, build automation frameworks, and create test strategies to improve deployment efficiency and code quality.

• Troubleshoot application issues,monitorsystem performance, and drive continuous improvements through innovation and process optimization.

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams,maintainclear documentation, and activelyparticipatein Scrum ceremonies with a positive, solutionsfocused approach.

WhatYou'llBring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineeringor equivalent experience, with strong analytical and problemsolving skills.

• 3+ years of Salesforce development experience with deepexpertisein Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, SOQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

• Proven ability to design and implement complex Salesforce solutions, including custom applications, integrations, and performance optimizations.

• Strong knowledge of integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events), OOP principles, design patterns, and modern web technologies.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, effectively partnering with crossfunctional teams

Nice to Have

• Advanced Salesforceexpertisedemonstratedthrough Platform Developer II (or similar) certification, with familiarity across key Clouds such as Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.

• Experience working in regulated or SaaS environments with exposure to broader development and architecture best practices.

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum) and ability to collaborate effectively in iterative development cycles.

This position is located Torontoand offers a hybrid work environment with at least three days a week in the office, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.

The base pay range for this role is $86,000 - $118,000. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
