    Job description

    Content Marketing Specialist

    As aContent Marketing Specialistreporting to theDirector of Content Strategy,you'lllead the creation and delivery of high-impact content for Nasdaq Financial Technology's Capital Markets Technology solutions. This roleis responsible forplanning and producing a broad range of B2B content-from thought leadership articles and white papers to blogs, case studies,videoand social assets-that strengthens Nasdaq's position in the market and supports global demand generation efforts.

    You'llthrive in this position if you combine strong editorial judgment with strategic thinking and execution discipline. You bring experience translating complex capital markets and technology topics into clear, engaging narratives and are comfortable working across global teams to deliver content that aligns with go-to-market priorities and resonates with sophisticated financial services audiences.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute content marketing strategies for Nasdaq's Capital Markets Technology offerings, including editorial planning that supports product launches, campaigns,eventsand key business priorities.

    • Create,writeand edit a range of content formats, including long-form articles, blogs, research reports, case studies, webinars, infographics, videoscriptsand social posts, in partnership with business and product subject matter experts.

    • Align content deliverables with demand generation goals and integrated marketing campaigns, tailoring content todifferent stagesof the B2B marketing funnel to support awareness,engagementand pipeline growth.

    • Optimizecontent for traditional SEO and AI-assisted search, working with digital stakeholders to improve visibility, track performance and support measurable content impact.

    • Manage multiple content projects from concept through publication, coordinating with product marketing, sales enablement, digital marketing, PR/communications, design, legal, agencies and freelance contributors tomaintainquality,consistencyandtimelydelivery.

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

    • 5+ years of experience in content marketing, contentstrategyor editorial roles, with a focus on B2B marketing and financial services.

    • Proven ability to create high-quality content, with strong writing, storytelling and editing skills and the ability to translate complex financial or technical topics into clear, engaging narratives for target audiences.

    • Experience developing content strategies aligned to business goals, marketing campaigns and the buyer journey, including managing editorial calendars and meeting deadlines.

    • Strong project management, organizational, communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across matrixed teams and incorporating feedback from cross-functional stakeholders.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in capital markets,fintechor enterprise financial services.

    • Familiarity with digital content distribution channels, including web, email, social,SEOand content management systems.

    • Experience with marketing automation, content marketing platforms, SEO tools, analyticstoolsor emerging content creation technologies, including generative AI tools.

    This position willbe located inTorontoand offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.This posting is for an existing vacancy within Nasdaq.

    The base pay range for this role is $84,000 - $115,000. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
