  • Collaborate with teammates across functions to share insights and contribute to ongoing investment initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Eagerness to learn, ask questions, and take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.

  • Curiosity about global markets, investment products, and financial research.

Nice to Have

  • Internship or academic project experience related to equity research or financial analysis.

  • Familiarity with financial data tools or platforms (e.g., Excel, Bloomberg).

This position is located in Richmond, Virginia and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
