About the Role:
Join Mr. Rooter of Cook County as a Plumbing Company Field Manager, where you will lead a dedicated team in delivering exceptional plumbing services. This exciting opportunity allows you to make a significant impact in our Elk Grove Village community while fostering a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure high-quality plumbing services are delivered.
  • Manage and mentor field technicians to enhance performance and customer service.
  • Coordinate scheduling and dispatching of service calls efficiently.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement training programs for staff to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain inventory and manage equipment to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Prepare reports on team performance, customer feedback, and operational metrics.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in plumbing management or a similar leadership role.
  • Valid plumbing license and relevant certifications are preferred.
  • Strong understanding of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on team development and motivation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer engagement.

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
