Position Type: Full Time - Mon–Fri 08:30 AM – 06:00 PM
Compensation
Pay Range:$70,000 Per Year
Description
Join our dynamic team as an HR Generalist in a mission-driven healthcare setting. 
This full-time hybrid role, based in Kingston, NY, requires expertise in employee relations, leave management, and HR systems. 
The position involves collaboration with leadership and offers the opportunity to work independently.
Requirements
3 years of HR Generalist experience preferred
Proficiency in leave administration (FMLA, PFL, etc.)
Experience with applicant tracking systems
Strong independent work capability
Professional maturity in a decentralized environment
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Healthcare experience preferred
Qualifications
3 years of experience in HR Generalist roles
Hands-on experience with leave programs
Familiarity with HR systems and processes
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong interpersonal skills
Healthcare industry experience is a plus
