Line Cook Responsibilities
- Execute dishes with precision, following classical techniques, recipes, and chef direction
- Prepare and cook a range of ingredients-proteins, vegetables, sauces, and garnishes-with attention to balance, texture, and flavor
- Maintain strict standards of cleanliness, organization, and sanitation
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth, efficient service
- Uphold portion control and minimize waste while maintaining quality
- Monitor product freshness and maintain high ingredient standards
- Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols
- Continuously develop your knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen operations
