Job description

Line Cook - Train in Classical French Technique at Le Supreme

Master the foundation of great cooking. Build your craft where it matters.

At Le Supreme, we're not just cooking-we're preserving and practicing the techniques that define great French cuisine. From mother sauces to precision butchery, from proper saute to pastry fundamentals, this is a kitchen built on the timeless  French culinary tradition.

If you're serious about becoming a better cook-not just working a station-this is where you learn the craft the right way.

About Method Co.

Method Co. is a boutique hospitality company that develops, designs, and operates a portfolio of hotels, restaurants, and apartment-style accommodations across the country. With a focus on culturally relevant and design-driven experiences, Method Co. creates spaces that blend thoughtful service, elevated design, and a deep sense of place.

About Le Supreme

Le Supreme offers all-day French fare in a refined brasserie setting-spanning an elegant dining room, bar, alfresco seating, and private dining. Our menu highlights Parisian classics alongside house-made pastries, breads, and desserts from our patisserie and boulangerie.

With a program featuring over 300 wines and champagnes, plus a thoughtful cocktail list, we are committed to delivering a true brasserie experience rooted in authenticity and technique.
