Job description

JOB SUMMARY:
The Customer Service amp; Account Liaison serves as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service while building and maintaining strong client relationships. This role is responsible for managing customer inquiries, coordinating account activities across departments, ensuring timely resolution of issues, and proactively supporting customer success. The ideal candidate is highly organized, an excellent communicator, and committed to providing a positive customer experience from initial contact through ongoing account management.
Hours would be M-F 7:30am-4:15pm with occasional late shift 8:15am-5:00pm.
Pay based on experience, ranging from $17-19 per hour.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • The Accounting Liaison will work in unison with the customer account specialists, field sales agents, and the accounting team in all endeavors with customers and help assist in prospects and Messenger customers. Accounting Liaison will always focus on building customer relationships that enhance customer loyalty which in turn will help increase sales.
  • Serves as first contact for the accounts receivable team to obtain new credit card information. Works with customer Service and Sales Reps to receive past due balances and relieve credit hold issues.
  • Serves as first line for the Customer Service Team for escalated issues related to invoices, statements, and overall accounts receivable customer questions.
  • Maintain excellence in customer service with quality communication using tone, follow-up and delivery.
  • Flexible schedule to meet family needs.
  • Work with positivity and a strong sense of team.
  • Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ Years of Customer Service and Accounting experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, etc.)
  • Experience with CRM systems amp; customer support software
