OVERVIEW:
Packaging plays a key role in ensuring customer orders are accurately packaged, prepared, and shipped while maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting daily warehouse operations. This position is responsible for packaging finished products, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving activities, inventory control, and maintaining an organized, safe, and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, comfortable working in a warehouse management system (WMS), and able to perform physically demanding tasks, including prolonged standing, walking, lifting, and repetitive movement. This role also supports general warehouse operations and other labor-related duties as needed while adhering to all company safety standards and procedures.
PAY: $17-19/hour
SHIFT: 7:30AM-4:15PM
FULL TIME WITH BENEFITS AND PAID TIME OFF
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in receiving/shipping and material handling tasks, to include offload of incoming materials, re-stocking shelves, and shipment of outgoing materials.
- Ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Manual packing and shipping operations.
- Accurately perform transactions in company ERP system, shipping software, etc.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and optimize production workflows.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Ability to read, understand and interpret information on work orders and run lists.
- Ability to cross-train in all positions within the facility.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality standards.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a collaborative mindset.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a willingness to learn new skills as needed.
- Mechanical aptitude to allow the appropriate machine repair and set ups.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
