Enterprise Account Executive

The anticipated pay range for this position is between 70k - 95k a year. Individual base pay may vary within that range depending on the job-related knowledge, department equity, skills, experience and relevant education
What You'll Do:

• Identify, prospect, and close new enterprise-level partnerships across key verticals using a disciplined, data-driven approach.
• Lead consultative discovery conversations, mapping client objectives to McClatchy's suite of digital and content solutions.
• Design and present compelling, insight-driven proposals that combine trusted journalism, branded content, and full-funnel digital tactics-amplified by AI-powered audience targeting and analytics.
• Build executive-level relationships and navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from first contact to contract execution.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, uncovering new sponsorship opportunities and revenue streams tailored to evolving client needs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless onboarding, campaign execution, and long-term client success.

What Sets You Apart:

• Proven success in outbound enterprise sales and new-business acquisition, ideally in digital media, marketing, or technology.
• Expertise in publisher-direct media, audience data, branded content, and digital marketing channels (SEO/SEM, paid social, programmatic, CTV/OTT, email).
• Confidence using AI tools and analytics platforms to translate data into actionable insights and business outcomes.
• Executive presence, consultative selling skills, and a relentless drive to exceed ambitious targets.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales experience required.
