What you'll do:

• Own and execute original programming for McClatchy's Communities of Interest, identifying trends and stories that spark engagement
• Oversee all phases of production, managing budgets, schedules, and freelance talent to deliver high-impact projects
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure content authenticity and audience growth
• Use AI tools and data-driven insights to identify opportunities, streamline workflows, and amplify your creative impact
