At SimonMed Imaging, the HR Partner serves as a trusted advisor to employees and leaders, balancing employee advocacy with business objectives to support a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace. This role partners closely with leaders to navigate employee relations, performance management, engagement initiatives, and organizational development strategies that strengthen culture and drive business success.
What You Bring
Trusted HR partnership: You build strong relationships with leaders and employees, serving as a trusted resource for guidance on employee relations, performance management, workplace concerns, and HR policies.
Employee relations expertise: You confidently manage complex employee relations matters, conduct investigations, ensure proper documentation, and drive fair, compliant resolutions.
Leadership coaching skills: You influence and support leaders through performance management, corrective actions, development planning, and workforce challenges while promoting accountability and engagement.
Culture and engagement mindset: You champion initiatives that improve employee engagement, strengthen workplace culture, and support retention across the organization.
HR compliance knowledge: You understand employment laws, HR best practices, and organizational policies, helping ensure consistency and legal compliance across all people practices.
Continuous improvement focus: You identify opportunities to improve HR processes, policies, training, and standard operating procedures that enhance organizational effectiveness.

You're a Strong Fit If You Have
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required; HR certification strongly preferred
• 4+ years of progressive HR experience, including employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation
• Proven success partnering with leaders at multiple levels to influence outcomes and drive results
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices
• Experience conducting investigations and managing complex employee relations cases
• Excellent communication, facilitation, coaching, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of professionalism and confidentiality
