Job description

Responsibilities/Job Description:

Fairview is seeking a Rheumatologist to join our practice at M Health Fairview Clinic Elk River and Princeton. We are seeking a candidate who will deliver high quality rheumatology care, including joint injections, to adult patients. Clinics have on-site laboratories as well as imaging capabilities.

Practice Details:

  • Primarily based in at the M Health Fairview Clinic - Elk River and M Health Fairview Clinic Princeton
  • While there will be one Rheumatologist at this site, there are colleagues available across the integrated system
  • 1.0 FTE is considered 36 patient contact hours per week
  • 12-16 patients per day
  • Minimal call telephone responsibility only
  • Established referral base of Fairview employed primary care and subspecialty physicians.
  • We have an exceptionally strong primary and specialty care referral base within the care system. A full integrated EMR system is in place (EPIC)

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited ACGME/AOA Internal Medicine residency and Rheumatology fellowship training program
  • Board Eligible or Board Certified
  • Licensed or ability to obtain Minnesota Board of Medical Practice Licensure
  • Ability to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota
  • Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges
