Lime is hiring a Workplace & Experience Manager to join our Real Estate team. In this role, you will report into the Senior Manager of Real Estate. You will own the physical environment and end-to-end employee and visitor experience for our flagship San Francisco Headquarters. While our workforce is predominantly remote, this site serves as the ultimate high-touch hub for executive alignment and cross-functional team gatherings. You will oversee local vendors, and design a seamless corporate hospitality playbook that reflects our brand’s standards of execution.

Lime is at an exciting inflection point as we scale rapidly toward our next stage of growth. As we grow our category leadership, we are transitioning to a more structured, high-performing organization and need someone who thrives in this evolution. The ideal candidate has experience scaling teams, products, or processes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and can balance execution with strategy. In this role, you will help design and implement systems that enable us to move quickly while maintaining quality and efficiency. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact as we build the foundation for long-term success.

This is a position that requires an onsite presence during assigned business hours. It's required that the individual hired for this role be within less than one hour commute of our San Francisco Headquarters.

What You'll Do: High‑Touch Event Production and Executive Hospitality
  • Deliver premium hospitality and end-to-end management for executive off‑sites, partner engagements, and team summits.
  • Serve as the primary project lead for global gatherings, overseeing catering, technical infrastructure, spatial design, and local lodging logistics.
  • Develop and uphold an "HQ Playbook" defining corporate standards for facility readiness, visitor welcoming, and presentation quality.
Management of Vendors
  • Procure and lead local service partners, ensuring all specialized vendors and caterers meet established Service Level Agreements.
  • Administer the location hospitality related budget by approving expenditures, tracking variances, and implementing cost efficiencies while maintaining a boutique environment.
Workplace Strategy and Spatial Analytics
  • Evaluate office usage trends through badge data and booking metrics to provide strategic space utilization guidance to leadership.
  • Refine the floor plan as required to ensure the environment remains agile, supporting quiet focus, board meetings, and large-scale collaborative events.
  • Collaborate with IT departments to ensure conferencing spaces are fully AV equipped for high-performance hybrid and remote participation.
About You:
  • 5+ years of experience running corporate office environments, premium coworking sites, or high-end boutique hospitality environments.
  • Excellent organization and project management skills; you can juggle vendors, timelines, identify priorities, and various projects.
  • Exceptional communication and high EQ; comfortable interfacing directly with C‑Suite executives, Board members, and external partners.
  • Comfortable being the onsite point of contact and handling ambiguity or last‑minute changes independently.
Preferred Experience:
  • Proven track record of managing corporate event logistics, catering coordination, and large-group hospitality setup.
  • Proficiency with workplace tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and basic IT troubleshooting for AV/meeting room tech.
U.S. Based Position – What We Offer:
  • Comprehensive Health & Wellness: A choice of medical, dental, and vision plans. We also provide company‑paid life and disability insurance and company‑funded mental health benefits.
  • Financial & Retirement Planning: 401(k) plan with both pre‑tax and Roth options, and access to a Health Savings Account (HSA) with a monthly company contribution.
  • Family & Fertility Support: Paid parental leave for birthing and non-birthing parents, plus fertility and family‑forming benefits.
  • Paid Time Off: Unlimited vacation, paid leaves, and 10 company holidays.
  • Unique Lime Perks: Complimentary use of Lime vehicles in participating cities, a monthly phone allowance, dedicated learning and development days, and access to perks including One Medical, Wellhub, and Headspace.

The base salary range listed reflects what Lime reasonably expects to offer for this role, with the final base salary determined by objective factors such as the candidate’s location and relevant skills and experience. Depending on the position, the total compensation package may also include discretionary annual performance bonus opportunities and equity, subject to applicable plan terms and eligibility requirements.

Lime considers all qualified applicants for employment, including those with arrest or conviction records, in accordance with the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, the Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring, the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance, the California Fair Chance Act, and all other applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Lime is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer. We believe different perspectives help us grow and achieve more. That’s why we’re dedicated to building and developing a team that reflects a wider range of backgrounds, abilities, identities, and experiences. If you require a reasonable accommodation during the application or hiring process, please email recruiting-operations@li.me for assistance.
