Job description


About the Role:
Assists and supports the day to day financial activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Performs the day-to-day activities of the organizational entities.
  • Analyzes and reconciles selected general ledger accounts on a monthly basis.
  • Prepares worksheets and schedules; recommends and makes necessary adjustments.
  • Maintains all records, files and ledgers related to specific area of responsibility.
  • Assists in the preparation of financial reports on a recurring and ad hoc basis.
  • Prepares periodic financial statements through preparation of journal entries and account analyses.
  • Assists with the annual audit by providing various schedules and analyses.
  • Assists in the preparation of annual tax reporting requirement needs.
  • Assists in the preparation of various account analyses for HO Cost Reporting requirement needs.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience
  • Bachelor's degree required,
  • Accounting or Finance degree preferred
  • Prefer CPA

Pay Range: $31.94 to $47.91 Based On Experience
