Job description

LifeBridge Health seeks a compassionate Mental Health Therapist to provide evidence-based counseling services within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you’ll conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and deliver individual and group therapy to a diverse patient population. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, participate in case conferences, and support our mission of innovative, community-focused, patient-centered care. LifeBridge Health offers professional development, clinical supervision, and opportunities for advancement in a supportive environment.
