Job description

The Test Lead will
Responsibilities:
• Define test plan, including schedule; manage end-to-end testing for the Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM and Field Service transformation
• Manage development of test cases, and entry/exit criteria and execution of testing event
• Lead conference room pilots (CRP), and system integration testing
• Oversee test execution, defect tracking, prioritization, and resolution
• Coordinate across functional, technical, integration, and data teams
• Ensure traceability between requirements, test scripts, and defects
• Oversee data validation, payroll comparison, and reconciliation activities
• Establish governance for test sign-offs and readiness criteria
• Guide and support testers; ensure consistent execution standards
• Provide daily/weekly reporting on test progress, risks, and blockers
• Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
• Minimum five years of recent experience in software development, testing, program management and analysis
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in technical sciences or information systems preferred, not required; minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required
• Strong experience working on different software development methodologies (Waterfall, Iterative and Agile)
• Prior experience in leading at least two full life cycle systems delivery implementations in a testing capacity
