RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Consultant (ITSM/ITOM) in Austin, TX.
Summary:
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Technical Consultant/Developer with hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM solutions. This role will be responsible for developing, configuring, integrating, and supporting ServiceNow capabilities that enable product configuration, pricing automation, quote generation, approvals, and quote-to-cash processes. The ideal candidate will have strong ServiceNow development expertise, experience supporting sales and commercial operations, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions that improve efficiency and accelerate revenue-generating processes.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Hands-on experience in customizing core ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, and Performance Analytics
* Expert level proficiency in ServiceNow development, implementation, support, and administration
* Skilled in development and orchestration of ServiceNow Workflows, Flow Designer including reusable sub flows and decision logic
* Integrate ServiceNow with third-party platforms using Integration Hub, custom REST/SOAP web services, and MID Server
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
