Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Finance System Analyst in Hollywood, FL.
Responsibilities:
* Finance System Analyst will provide functional and technical support for payroll activities related to enterprise HCM/ERP implementations
* Act as a strategic partner to Payroll, HR, IT, and other business areas to ensure system functionality meets operational and regulatory needs
* Maintain data integrity, validate system changes, perform testing, and support configuration updates
* Analyze payroll data flows to identify process improvement opportunities
* As a Finance System Analyst, you will develop and maintain reporting to support payroll operations and compliance
* Serve as a subject matter expert on payroll system functionality, integrations, and best practices
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Bookkeeping, Finance, Human Resources, or related field (required)
* 10+ years of experience with centralized, automated payroll processing systems or related financial accounting functions (required)
* Prior experience supporting ERP implementations, with strong preference for Oracle/Lawson and UKG Timekeeping
* Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and lead cross-functional initiatives
* Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
* Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed
* APA (American Payroll Association) certification is highly desirable
* SQL experience is highly preferred
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
