About the Role:
As a QA Manager in our Information and Media Services company, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services. You will lead a team of QA professionals and work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues. Your major end result will be to ensure that our products and services meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. You will be a key player in driving the success of our company.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of experience in QA management
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience in Information and Media Services industry
- Experience with automation testing tools
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Certifications in QA or related fields
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement QA policies, procedures, and standards
- Lead and manage a team of QA professionals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues
- Ensure that products and services meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction
- Provide regular reports on QA performance and metrics
Skills:
