Role Description: JONS Fresh Marketplace is seeking an experienced Maintenance Facilities Supervisor to lead our facilities maintenance operations across multiple store locations in the San Fernando Valley and Los Angeles area. As the Maintenance Facilities Supervisor, you'll report directly to the Facilities Director and manage daily maintenance operations, supervise maintenance teams, and ensure all store facilities meet our high standards for safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence.

This is an ideal opportunity for a hands-on leader with deep maintenance expertise who's ready to grow into a supervisory role with stable, growing grocery retail company. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead maintenance team: Supervise and schedule maintenance staff, assign work orders, manage performance, and provide on-the-job training. Execute preventive maintenance: Conduct regular inspections, develop maintenance schedules, and document all findings to prevent costly equipment failure.

Manage multi-system repairs: Oversee and perform repairs in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and general building maintenance. Respond to emergencies: Address urgent maintenance issues and emergency repairs promptly to minimize store downtime. Maintain facilities: Ensure store facilities remain clean, safe, organized, and fully operational during business hours.

Manage vendors & contractors: Coordinate with external vendors for specialized maintenance work (HVAC service, electrical contractors, etc.) Track work orders & inventory: Maintain records of all maintenance work, parts usage, and budget management. Ensure compliance: Follow all OSHA regulations, safety protocols, company policies, and building codes. Support store operations: Prioritize repairs to minimize disruption to retail operations and customer experience
