This role ensures compliance monitoring and accurate data management using custom payroll systems, maintaining precise employee records and facilitating reporting and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates across multiple departments
• Coordinate interviews efficiently and effectively
• Process payroll using custom payroll systems
• Manage employee onboarding
• Monitor compliance with relevant policies and regulations
• Maintain accurate employee records and data
• Prepare reports related to recruitment and payroll
• Coordinate with vendors as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in recruitment and payroll
• Familiarity with recruitment and payroll processing
• Experience with applicant tracking systems
• Strong understanding of compliance requirements
• Excellent communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Effective time management abilities
