Job Summary:
Provide international acquisition, programmatic, general portfolio management, and FMS financial services to meet client international obligations to include support for FMS and Building Partnership Capacity (BPC) case development, execution, system acquisition and delivery, asset tracking, sustainment, and case closure, strategic international engagement activities and business process engineering.
Responsibilities:
Candidate will manage financial data and documentation for FMS/BPC cases by preparing funding documents, entering data into multiple DoD financial systems, maintaining organized electronic records, processing vouchers, and coordinating with DISA, DFAS, and other agencies to verify transactions and resolve discrepancies. Ensure financial accuracy and consistency across systems by retrieving and analyzing reports, reconciling transactions (including DIFS performance and cash sides), correcting discrepancies, preparing funding packages, and coordinating voucher corrections with DISA and DFAS. Support the closure of FMS/BPC cases by reviewing completed cases, identifying and resolving funding or contract discrepancies, and preparing documentation and correspondence needed for final case closure.
Education/Certifications:
A bachelor's degree in a business-related field such as Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or Economics is typically required
Required Qualifications:
(1) At least three (3) years of financial management experience.
(2) Familiarity with Security Assistance/ Security Cooperation.
knowledge and experience with specific FMS-related financial systems like DSAMS (Defense Security Assistance Management System), CISIL (Centralized Integrated System for International Logistics), and SCIP (Security Cooperation Information Portal) understanding of DoD financial policies, including the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM) and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)
