Job description

Truck Finance Manager — Job Description

Looking for someone who is responsible for overseeing the financial operations related to commercial truck sales, financing, and leasing, ensuring profitability, compliance, and alignment with dealership or company goals.

Core Responsibilities
  • Manage truck finance programs: Oversee the setup, operation, and optimization of finance and lease programs for commercial trucks, ensuring they meet sales targets and customer needs Indeed.

  • Work with sales teams: Provide finance and lease program information to sales staff and managers, enabling them to convert cash deals into financed transactions Indeed.

  • Process and approve deals: Structure and submit finance and lease applications to lender networks for approval, ensuring compliance with underwriting standards Indeed.

  • Financial analysis and reporting: Monitor cash flow, finance reserves, and product penetration; prepare reports for management and stakeholders Indeed.

  • Compliance and risk management: Ensure all finance activities comply with state/federal regulations, credit policies, and internal controls Indeed.

  • Budgeting and forecasting: Develop and manage budgets for finance operations, forecast revenue, and identify cost-saving opportunities Indeed.

  • Customer service: Serve as a liaison between customers (often business owners) and finance/leasing departments, explaining terms and options Indeed.

Key Skills & Qualifications
