Job Summary
We're hiring a global leader to shape and deliver AI products that transform Sales and Customer Experience. You'll own the vision end-to-end, from strategy to commercialization, while building cutting-edge capabilities across AI, data/knowledge platforms, and agentic applications.

We are seeking a strategic and globally minded execution focused leader to design, implement, and commercialize AI Products that directly support Sales enablement and Customer Experience. This role will be pivotal in establishing and scaling new technologies and capability that support Sales and customers across Insulet's global teams. The ideal candidate will bring deep ML/AI expertise, a global product perspective, and a passion for building high-performing production services and delivery teams.
The decisions and designs led by this role will be instrumental in driving the strategic vision and technical direction for AI products, Data/Knowledge platforms, and agentic AI applications, across multiple functional departments and value streams like Customer lifecycle, Sales Process, and Process integration and automation-making it a cornerstone of our AI power digital transformation.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the global adoption of N-1 Personalization focused Data platforms and Generative AI agents within our Customer Facing technologies and experiences, ensuring these technologies deliver measurable value
  • Partner with existing SaaS solution providers to leverage Gen AI technologies, frameworks, and components to scale to across business needs
  • Develop and implement Responsible AI practices for Gen AI development, deployment, and integrate with established AI Risk assessment, legal compliance, and cyber security.
  • Design and develop AI models, libraries, and model development protocols that supports agentic orchestration, reusable APIs, and user story-based workflows
  • Partner with VP + stakeholders to define and optimize established functional processes leveraging emerging technologies, i.e. roadmap, prioritization, and success metrics, that drive alignment, user adoption, and financial business outcomes
  • Foster a culture of responsible experimentation and collaboration, ensuring working teams deliver prioritized use cases in a timely and iterative manner at scale
  • Lead the evaluation and selection of Data and AI related technology, tools, and processes that can be generalized to create an AI Community of Practice

Required Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Neuroscience or related field. Advanced degrees (Masters, Ph.D.) are strongly preferred.
  • 10 years of leadership experience in analytics, engineering, and product teams, managing large-scale analytics cross functional programs
  • 5 years of experience deploying and integrating ML/AI/ Gen. AI models through microservices / APIs into production systems (CRM, CDP, EDW, Mar-Tech, Ecommerce) that drove quantifiable business financial outcomes
  • 5 years of experience in designing and managing Analytical, Knowledge Graphs, and Search Data Platforms that support N-1 Personalization Analytics, ML, AI solutions
  • Proven ability to build and facilitate relationships at all levels of the organization, as well as manage relationships with 3rd party providers and partners
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including executives and board members
