Job description

Summary:
We are looking for a new Chef de Cuisine at our 3 meal restaurant, Sway.
We are excited to welcome a new Chef de Cuisine to Manage Sway Restaurant at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta.
S'way (Southern Way) is our three meal, Breakfast Lunch and Dinner Restaurant located in the lobby of the historic Hyatt Regency Atlanta. Guest experience authentic Southern Hospitality and food. The Chef de Cuisine will work closely with our Executive Chef to create, implement menu and concepts. The Chef the Cuisine will have an opportunity to work closely with many of our great local and diverse suppliers, farms and artisans to deliver a wonderful culinary experience for our guests. Chef will have an opportunity to learn about Bee keeping and Honey Production.

Qualifications:
We are looking for an individual that demonstrate the following skills
  • In-depth skills and knowledge of all kitchen operations
  • Possess strong leadership, communication, organization and relationship skills
  • Experience with training, basic financial management and customer service
  • Proficient in general computer knowledge
  • A true desire to exceed guest expectations in a fast paced customer service environment
  • Capable of producing a consistent product in a timely manner
  • Strong training and communication skills
  • Culinary education and/or on the job training, independent restaurant experience is preferred
