Part-Time Call Center Representative - White Plains, NY
$18/hr | Weekly Pay | Morning Schedule (8:00 AM - 1:00 PM)
HumanHire is partnering with a large, well-established insurance organization in New York to hire a Part-Time Call Center Representative for their White Plains office. This role is ideal for candidates with front desk, receptionist, call center, or administrative experience who enjoy helping others and providing excellent customer service in a professional office environment.
The Part-Time Call Center Representative will manage inbound phone calls, assist callers with general inquiries, and connect them with the appropriate departments.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Pay: $18/hour - Paid Weekly

Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound phone calls from insurance carriers, clients, and members
  • Provide customer service support by assisting callers with general questions
  • Transfer calls to the appropriate department or team member
  • Assist with questions related to pension payments and member inquiries
  • Maintain professional and courteous communication on all calls
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure excellent customer service and efficient call handling
Qualifications
  • Prior experience as a Receptionist, Customer Service Representative, Call Center Representative, Front Desk Associate, or Administrative Assistant preferred
  • Comfortable handling phone calls in a fast-paced office environment
  • Strong phone communication and customer service skills
  • Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
  • Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
