Portfolio Delivery Head

This role oversees strategic portfolio management within Digital Business & Engineering, driving enterprise-wide delivery excellence and transformation. The position is responsible for aligning technology initiatives with business objectives, fostering innovation, and ensuring successful execution of complex programs across multiple lines of business. They champion organizational change, optimize delivery frameworks, and influence senior stakeholders to achieve measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-scale portfolio delivery using advanced program management methodologies, ensuring alignment of technology and business strategy.
• Drive organizational transformation by leveraging digital platforms and engineering best practices to optimize delivery across business units.
• Define and implement portfolio governance frameworks, utilizing tools such as PPM software, Agile methodologies, and performance analytics.
• Provide visionary leadership in resource allocation and risk management using enterprise tools and strategic planning techniques.
• Influence executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams to adopt innovative delivery models and technologies for enhanced business value.
• Monitor, analyze, and report portfolio performance metrics using business intelligence platforms to support data-driven decision making.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by utilizing digital transformation frameworks and change management tools.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate's pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
