Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes related to pricing, promotions, account management, and sales operations.
• Investigate complex business and system issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive issue resolution.
• Validate data quality using rule-based checks, automation logic, and structured review methods.
• Monitor data anomalies, operational signals, and exception trends to proactively identify risks.
• Write and run SQL and SOQL queries for data extraction, validation, reconciliation, and analysis.
• Support Salesforce operations as an advanced business user, including troubleshooting, testing, and process validation.
• Create and maintain documentation for business rules, workflows, standard operating procedures, and recurring issue patterns.
• Use Copilot and other AI assistants to improve analysis, documentation, and workflow efficiency.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve controls, eliminate recurring defects, and streamline operations.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate's pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
