Hallcon provides essential services spanning multi-modal shuttle operations, integrated command centers, electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure, EV Charging-as-a-Service (CaaS), technology integration, analytics, business intelligence, fleet management, specialty cleaning, and overall rider experience performance.
The Role
Are you passionate about client service and ready to join a fast-paced, collaborative, dynamic team? This is a unique, innovative opportunity for skilled communicators who are highly effective in problem solving, technology platforms, and client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and ensure timely coverage of driver trips
- Optimize driver trip coverage options across multiple technology and dispatch platforms
- Monitor trip accuracy and provide support where needed
- Escalate issues to field operations or clients when appropriate
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in our internal systems
- Communicate professionally with field management and other team members
- 100% onsite working environment at our Lenexa, KS command center (this role is not a remote work environment role)
Qualifications
- 2-4+ years experience in dynamic, fast-paced operations center or call center environments
- Excellent reliability and onsite attendance
- Strong client service and phone communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated professionalism and business maturity in an office environment
- Solid Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) proficiency
- Asserts ownership for projects and assigned activities, meets deadlines
